I've been painting a Giant penguin with my niece this morning. It's brown and green with orange feet and a giant yellow sun. Funny looking but was lotsa fun and then visited the Cbeebies website. They have a really good one. She's singing hokey koky and we're trying to convince her to go out now. We've both enjoyed the morning.

Just bought a swiss gateaux. Can't wait for fasting time to be over so I can get stuck in.

I had a hankering for fruit cake and no one sold any anywhere, I searched for ages, tried 2 different Asda's aswell but finally found some in an Aldi's. YAY. It's allmost finished now and I fancy some chocolate cake aswell.

I've been reading alot of comics lately and loving it. The best medium going, yup better than film, books, stand up. The lot. I started of with Beano and Dandy when I was young and as I got older I started reading Marvel, DC, Manga and small press indie comics. I love em and would reccommend a good one to anyone. Currently I'm reading One Piece, it's a pirate manga full of laughs, action, adventure and a great story with mysterious characters. Really funny too. It's sold 65 million copies and I can see why.

I would like the world to be happier, calmer, more positive. I would like goodwill, happiness, good health and long lives for all. I would like there to be more peace, decency, dignity and respect for all. I would like for everyone to be well fed, and enriched in all ways. I would like for people to be more tolerant and much more understanding, for all to practice their religion free from abuse and violence. I would like all people to be free and aware of the therapeautic and deep psychological benefits of hypnotherapy.

Hi everyone, I've shaved my head today again. I'm one of those people who looks better with a shaved head than with hair, and I'm modest:-)

Went into town yesterday, when I say "town" I actually mean the city centre and not going into town from some leafy little country cottage which overlooks the mountains that's to beautiful to put into words:-) I bought 2 pairs of jeans, some khakis and a top. Jeans weren't as loose fit as I usually like them but hopefully they'll be allright. Also did some more sketching while I was there.

It was the 1st day of Ramadan yesterday when muslims fast for a month. It's a great time which brings all muslims and their families closer together especially the BIG celebration at the end. The fasting went well yesterday and so far today has gone well to. Long may it continue.
